78Dolang ewes were divided into three groups to study how the reproductive performance, serumparameters and reproductive hormone are effected by different daily ration exogenous hormones supply.The first group: Feed with local ordinary daily ration, reproductive performance, serum parameters andreproductive hormone data are collected for providing reference on cultivation of Dolang sheep duringreproductive period. The results in this experiment: Estrus rate is96%, conception rate is92%, Lambingrate is121.7%, twinning rate is21.7%. Serum biochemical data between20days after our treatment startedand10days after the mating show that: P4significantly higher than before(P<0.05),TP, ALP, MDA, FSHand LH is ascending after mating; ALB, BUN, GLU, GSH-Px, SOD, HRP, E3, E2and HCG is descendingafter mating.The second group: Feed with ration which is added high energy, medium protein and vitamins ormineral elements in daily ration, reproductive performance, serum parameters and reproductive hormonedata are collected for studying the effect caused by nutrition supply. The results in this experiment:Lambing rate is137.5%, twinning rate is37.5%. Serum biochemical data between20days after ourtreatment started and10days after the mating show that: FSH,P4significantly higher than before(P<0.05),ALP, MDA, SOD and LH is ascending after mating; GSH-Px, HRP, significantly lower than before(P<0.05), ALB, TB, BUN, GLU, E3, E2and HCG is descending after mating.The third group: Feed with local ordinary daily ration, medium protein in daily ration, along withexogenous hormones injection and artificial fertilization. Reproductive performance, serum parameters andreproductive hormone data are collected for studying the effect caused by exogenous hormones. Theresults in this experiment: Estrus rate is100%, lambing rate is139.1%, tri-lambing rate rate is8.6%. Serumbiochemical data between20days after our treatment started and10days after the mating show that: P4significantly higher than before(P<0.05),ALP, MDA, FSH, SOD and LH is ascending after mating; ALB,TB, BUN, GLU, GSH-Px, HRP, E3, E2and HCG is descending after mating.
