Microecology praeparatum has been warm concerned in recent years, with the series advantage of non-toxic, no residual,no tolerant, adjust the balance of intestinal flora, prevention of superinfection, improve organism immunity, improve rate of disease-resistant, decrease the incidence of disease, and more,it can secrete varied enzyme, improve digestibility, growth promotion, decrease the breed cost, improve the quality of animal product, improve food safety and rich food flavor, increase lean meat, improve ejectment of the tares, reduce the concentration of the pens skatole, indole, ammonia and other harmful gases. It has been payed more attention in the world especially in the alternative to antibiotics as a growth promoter. Increasing number of countries opposed to the use of antibiotics as growth promoters, the European Union and South Korea have passed legislation to be disabled.A substitute of antibiotics has become a hot area of high-tech research.This study focused on the following three aspects:1The selection and identification of the strains and the preparation of the compound bifidobacterium oil emulsionThe probiotic strains used in this study derived from pigs were saved by microecology praeparatum laboratory in the Guangdong Institute of Modern Agricultural Group, Genus and species identification of bacteria through the bacteria Colony morphology, microscopy, phsiological, biochemical and PCR method, Identify9084as Short lactobacillus,9038as Streptococcus faecalis,9024as Long bacillus animal subspecies. And then through fermentation, harvested, and add a protective agent, freeze drying,oil emulsification process made them into the compound bifidobacterium oil.2The stability studies on compound bifidobacterium oil emulsion preparation products stored under different temperature conditionsNumber of viable microecology praeparatum is the major index to ensure product stability, This test has set the number of viable cells at room temperature and37℃for determination and studyed the stability on compound bifidobacterium oil emulsion. Experiment on the number of vialbe cells supplementation:setting compound bifidobacterium oil emulsion number of viable cells were measured at room temperature, tested once every15days, the number of viable cells decreased relatively stable; Five month later, the number of viable cells of compound bifidobacterium oil emulsion can still reach10s cfu/g, compound bifidobacterium oil emulsion reserved under the37℃condition have tested once every two weeks, the number of viable cells decreased slowly and the first three months, after3months, the number of viable cells decreased speed up.after4months.the number of viable cells has decreased to106cfu/g. Analysis the test result, at the premise of ensuring the number of viable cells is108cfu/g, The compound bifidobacterium oil emulsion preparation can be stored at room temperature for5months, and for three months in the high-temperature hot conditions (37℃).3The study on control of diarrhea and growth, improve the survival rate in piglets of compound bifidobacterium oil emulsionAnimal experiments put the suckling piglets as the object of study, study the impact on diarrhea prevention and treatment effects and growth performance of suckling piglets through feeding the compound bifidobacterium oil emulsion solution.1441.50kg one day old purebred Landrace piglets has been selected, and been divided into six groups, including high, medium and low three test groups, A blank control group, a control group of antibiotics, a similar foreign products (Bullock Kang) in the control group, n=3replicates, each8piglets. The test piglets weaned at21days of age, The experiment was divided into two phases:The preliminary test is1-7days of age, the formal test for one week before and after weaning respectively, is14-28days of age. The experiment results show that, the compound bifidobacterium oil emulsions can effectively prevent and treat diarrhea. In1-7days, the compound bifidobacterium oil emulsions can lower the piglet diarrhea, test group of low, medium and high dose group were significantly lower than the blank group, Respectively lower than the blank control group7.05%,10.98%,1.94%. The medium group is lower than the antibiotic group, compared with foreign products PuKangLe, the two products are similar. The experimental high-dose group, diarrhea was significantly higher than the other experimental group and Bullock Kang group, close comparison with the blank group, this is due to have some side effects of the oil in too large amounts of oil emulsion of suckling piglets.In1-28days, the compound bifidobacterium oil emulsions can lower the piglet diarrhea. Test group of low, medium and high dose group were significantly lower than the blank group, lower than the blank group,2.43%,5.71%,2.08%,the medium group is lower than the antibiotic group and blank group, compared with foreign products PuKangLe, almost the same. To improve the weight of breast-feeding piglet, in1-7day, compound bifidobacterium oil emulsion in the growth-promoting effect in doses significantly higher than other groups,and the medium group daily weight gain compared to the blank group and antibiotic group is significant difference (P<0.05). In1-28days, the compound bifidobacterium oil emulsion in the growth-promoting effect, average daily gain in medium group was significantly higher than the blank group and the antibiotic group (P<0.05). It refers that the compound bifidobacterium oil emulsion has an obvious role on the growth of piglets, and the dose of the oil used by the medium group is the optimal dose. |
