With the rapid development of social processes and globalization trend growing, as one of the keywords today, the Symbiosis is attracting more and more attention in many domains so as to be the important trend to aspire after in the world. Thus in these domains regard it as an import value reference to resolve their problems respectively. In the field of education, people affirm the progress and development and begin to rethink what kind of education to adapt to the social development. As a multinational country, it has a complex conditions. And there are many difficulties in implementation about school education. Particularly in ethnic minority areas, standardization of education unaccustomed to adapt to the the situation in the local. A good education should fully take into account the reality on the ground and combined with modern education and primary education. Finally, we should integrate culture into education. As the modern education, not only to raise the public’s level of qualifications, but also to train the adaptation of social development of the people. The beginning of modern education in cultivating talents didn’t take into account the cultural background of the educated. Meanwhile, neglect the importance of national culture result in cultural imbalance. Therefore symbiotic philosophy in the field of education is especially important. How to integrate symbiotic philosophy into the field of education is the key to education for sustainable development.The thesis take Basha Miao village in Guizhou province as a study case. Literature research, interview and participative observation method are the basic research methods. Article mainly picks Miao traditional agricultural profile and symbiosis of education research. Meanwhile focused its investigation on local traditional agriculture and symbiotic philosophy in specific manifestations of traditional agriculture. By the field work, we find the Miao nationality in Basha to sum up a set of self-contained harmony philosophy in the long process of production and living. Finally they use their own action to carry out their view on education.Firstly, the study focus on the Basha Miao Village of human and natural environment and elaborate, with preliminary defined of symbiosis. Then learning about survival condition of the Basha Miao ancestors through the literature review, and modern agricultural livelihoods through the fieldwork. Then trying to analysis the appearance of the symbiosis in the Basha Miao traditional agriculture, by man and nature, man and society, and construct a set of symbiosis between man and culture in harmonious coexistence concept. And practicing the concept of symbiosis in the concrete behavior, embodied in farming activities such as HuoGengHuoZhong, crop interplanting and rice-fish; Farming sacrificial rituals in seedling Kaimen Day. Chixin Day etc.. Through in-depth analysis of the above representation, extracting deep education value behind it, found that the primary education way to consciously to this nationality’s cultural essence in the form of daily life to learners, embodied in varies with the type of the territory for education, immersion education. etc. This way of education can effectively promote the development of dedicatee’s physics and mindless, enhance their sense of national pride and cultural identity. In the while, modern education ignored the importance of national culture in the education process in ethnic minority areas, makes the national culture under the impact of the mainstream culture and national culture tend to be caused by fault, which leads to the imbalance of culture. Basha Miao people’s concept of harmonious coexistence of heaven and earth provides a new way of thinking for the modern education in minority nationality areas of sustainable development. Harmonious education environment is the basis for the development of education, symbiotic culture is one of the important factors to promote education development and economic development, and the symbiotic talent cultivation is the ultimate goal of education development. Educators focus on enhance the level of national education. At the same time, also cannot ignore the importance of local culture, combining modern education and primary education, coexistence and co-prosperity, can promote the sustainable development of education.
