In order to increase the utilization ratio of plastic film and decrease the white pollution, the study of reusing plastic film was conducted in Linhe of Inner Mongolia in2010to2011. The three treatments were planting on the old plastic film(JS), planting between the old plastic film(JJ) and planting in open fields(W). The effects of old plastic film on soil nutrient, water content, temperature, microbial biomass, enzyme activity and the growth of sunflower which planted in no-tillage field were studied, and the comprehensive analysis of correlation ship among each index with yield was conducted. And making the evaluation of economic benefit and the popularization value of this technique. The results were as follows in two years:1Old plastic film had the effects of retaining water.the0-100cm water content in the whole growth period of JS and JJ were higher than that of the W. And there were significant difference (p<0.05) between JJ, JS with W in0-40soil layer. Old plastic film can inhibit the soil evaporation of soil water, increase the water use efficiency, and especially showed in JJ, and it of increased1.75%-2.51%and14.57%-20.21%than that of JS and W.2Old plastic film can increase soil temperature. The0-50cm soil temperature of JS and JJ were higher than that of W in the whole growth period in two years, and there were significant difference in sowing stage and seedling stage. Old plastic film can increase the soil effective accumulated temperature, the total accumulated temperature (≥10℃) in5cm soil layer of JS and JJ were higher166.5℃and176.1℃than that of W, and they were higher130.18℃and138.85℃.3Old plastic film can increase soil organic matter and soil available nutrient. It reached significant difference (p<0.05) or very significant difference (p<0.01) between old plastic film and open field. The soil organic matter increased8.07%-8.11%, the pH value of old plastic film decreased0.72-0.98. the soil available phosphorus increased9.61%-9.89%. the soil available nitrogen increased6.11%-7.84%, the soil available potassium7.87%-8.05%.4Old plastic film can increase soil microbial biomass content. There were significant difference (p<0.05) of soil microbial biomass carbon、nitrogen and phosphorus between old plastic film and open field in sowing stage and seedling stage. With the increasing of soil depth, the average value of soil microbial biomass content in the whole growth period showed a decreased trend.In0-10cm soil layer, the soil microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus content of JJ and JS increased13.32%%13.81%.19.14%and11.43%?13.29%、16.36%than that of W.5Old plastic film can increase soil invertase, urease, alkaline phosphatase and catalase activity. There were significant difference in the four enzyme activities of old plastic film and open field in sowing stage and seedling stage. With the increasing of soil depth, soil enzyme activity all showed a decreased trend,and in the surface layer the difference was significant. JJ had the highest soil enzyme activity, it increased soil invertase, urease, alkaline phosphatase. catalase activity by9.37%-11.25%、3.57%-3.81%、12.80%-12.88%、5.31%-6.41%than that of W.6Old plastic film can promote the emergence for1-2days, and shorten the all seedling time for3-4days. Old plastic film can promote the dry matter accumulation of aerial part and there were significant or very significant difference in squaring stage, flower stage and harvest stage. The agronomic characters and yield of JJ all showed the best, the yield of JJ was12.92%-17.82%than that of W.7Old plastic film can decrease cost and increase benefit. The labor and machine cost decreased by318-371RMB·hm-2,the agricultural inputs decreased by358-420RMB·hm-2. The pure benefit, value to cost ratio of JJ were the highest, It increased5338-6623RMB-hm"2than that of W.
