Ice nucleation active bacteria (referred to as INA bacteria) is a widespread class of microorganisms in the nature, it can induce water frost in plant cells under-2~-3℃, however without the existence of INA bacteria plants resistant the risk of frost damage under-6~-7℃low temperature. This proves that the ice nucleation bacteria is an important factor that induce and increase frost damage.Tea plant originated in China’s southwest where is more warm and humid areas, it is weak to withstand low temperatures. In the presence of INA bacteria,its resistance to low temperature is weaker. Research on the point of microbiological provides an important way of resistantce to the tea freezing damage.Through this experiment on a strain of ice nucleation active bacteria separated from the tea plant,we did identify, medicament control and antagonist control to the strain of INA bacteria, it provides the oretical basis for antifreezen from the perspective of micro-organisms to tea plant.In this study,we sampled from the tea plant when the temperature decreased in November2009, the sampling covering the entire tea garden, not to the tea types as sampling criteria. We isolated one strain of INA bacteria from samples, the strain’s drip reached85%frozen rate under-5℃in2min, an ice nuclei cell needs about5.4×103cells,the strain has a strong ice nuclear activity. The total DNA extraction, PCR amplification of16S rDNA sequence comparison analysis, the strain has a very high homology with Curtobacterium flaccumfaciens, reaching99%.At-5℃condition, the inhibition cycle results shows: calcium hypochlorite> methylene blue> Tween80> saffron destruction of INA bacteria effect of ice nucleation active substance calcium hypochlorite best effect of several other reagents not obvious pharmaceutical tag INA bacteria results: calcium hypochlorite> saffron> methylene blue> Tween80. Results of chlorine compounds anti-INA bacteria have the same effect with the reported.In this experiment, the soil under the same ecological conditions in the antagonistic bacteria was isolated by PCR amplification and sequence analysis of16S rDNA response strain is identified as Phanerochaete chrysosporium.
