China Sugar Beet Production Advantage

In our country, beet sugar industry has experienced poured into a decline. Recently, with therecovery of sugar beet industry, the context of sugar beet production and development is showing therecovery of a great scene. Therefore this paper depends on the20villages of Chifeng City InnerMongolia, Songshan District, Aohan Banner, Harqin Banner, Ningcheng County, Wengniute Banner,Linxi County and Jianping County in Chaoyang District, Liaoning Province, including about302household survey questionnaires both at home and in the field and20village-level questionnaires.Based on the302household-questionnaires and20village-questionnaires, analysis and compare thelocal beet benifits, and looking forward to the new trend of development of beet sugar in ChifengCity.Through the study of relevant literature, historical data analysis, and the farmer survey datacollation, the status quo of the development of China’s Sugar Industry, the necessity of Chifeng, InnerMongolia sugar beet production situation, influencing factors, problems and development proposalswere discussed in detail. Positive summed up the need for the development of the beet sugar industryin the current owners of the main sugar-producing areas in the world sugar protection policy briefintroduction. From the perspective of industrial development, discuss in detail the course ofdevelopment from the early1990s China’s beet sugar industry, especially the development process ofChina’s major sugar beet producing areas in Heilongjiang, Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia region beetindustry, the problems and development trend. Take full advantage of survey data, the use of thefunction of cost-benefit analysis of the factors affecting sugar beet production process of Chifeng,Inner Mongolia, namely the use of the Douglas function analysis of the per acre sugar beet outputvalue per acre cost of the total investment including per acre family labor input per acre material andservices elastic relationship between the number of family labor costs and investment per acre. Thereexists supply and demand relationship between the sugar beet farmers and the beet sugar industry;therefore establish the optimal size of the beet sugar industry model and analysis of game theoryrelationship between the sugar beet farmers and sugar.Through this research, understand the basic situation of the sugar beet production in the Chifeng,Inner Mongolia, the local sugar beet production potential, actively seeking ways to identify effectivemeasures to improve sugar beet production and increase the farmers’ income.
