The article introduces the basic character of the centrifuge and the structure and principles of the concerned equipments of Rotating Cyclone Centrifuge as well as the present basic theories and its typical structure, based on which the author made a sample machine and experimented with itThrough the qualitative analysis of the experiment result, the author discovers some problems that are, first, the theory of motion synthesized about Rotating Cyclone Centrifuge is based on the motion law of rigid body, which is unfit for the fluid motion. Second, because of the unsuitable. structure of the accelerator, the power inside the centrifuge is consumed greatly, which is not accordant with the exploring aim of the facility. Third, the stag structure is not fair and it makes the humidity of the slag uncontrolled, which is unacceptable by the institution. The article presents the new theory of motion synthesized about Rotating Cyclone Centrifuge and puts forward the improved structure according to the problems of the existing structure. In the new structure, the author trees the fixed cyclone section to make the motion in the centrifuge synthesize effectively, the acceleration, which is not rotating by the tumbler, to solve the problem of internal power, and the principle of lying screw centrifuge, to control the humidity of the slag.Combined with the new model, the article explores the methods of calculating the internal pressure, the balance of the flowing quantity and the power. According to the Law of the Newton Internal Friction of viscosity fluid, the article introduces the new theory of motion synthesized in the tumbler of the centrifuge, which has great influence on the proceeding exploration of the facility.
