There are only a few number of modern gardensculpture artworks exsit in the major square and city park of Hengyang, and their decorationfunction works only in a small of the applications of garden sculpture in Hengyang is still verysmall.In this study, literature research, case studies, comparative analysis and other methods, thenumber of distribution Hengyang garden sculpture, creative type of situation, the applicationdistribution lengthy visits and investigations. Through the survey results were analyzed,summarized the sculpture garden there Hengyang create mediocrity, Hengyang gardensculpture and urban planning disjointed, late and ineffective maintenance problems sculptures.And solve these problems, I tentatively put forward the scientific planning and constructionHengyang garden sculpture, develop special regulations and construction planning,construction team with high standards of sculptures on the theme of creation and creativethinking techniques to expand and strengthen market management, response to the training ofprofessionals to improve the aesthetic and other public sculptures.
