| This article describes in the development process of sheet metal forming and some basic knowledge of finite element theory. Discussed the potential of sheet metal forming process defects, in particular on the drawbead and BHF to play the role in preventing defects, also studied drawbead settings to prevent drawing rebound in the role.The specific content of the following two points:1By the aid of the finite element software, the forming process offender drawing was studied by numerical simulation with three conditions set for drawbead, and the choice of three different BHF right fender was simulated.Derived optimal set drawbead BHF the most appropriate combination of the surface has been molded with high quality parts.2By using DYNAFROM software has been fender parts for the springback simulation.Discusse the factors and mechanisms fender molding rebound after stretching generated,explores the role drawbead set in the rebound.Built on the amount raised its rebound control measures to response to the requirements of the rebound.Finally, on the basis of previous studies and through careful research that to optimize the process parameters,got tally with the requirements of the parts that are to provide guidance for the actual production. |
