The Quality Evaluation Of Residential Landscape In Fuzhou City

Nowadays, the residential landscape environment construction becomes an important research topic, whether developers or consumers, are the relationship between residential outdoor landscape quality problems. To design a beautiful ecological environment, full of humane care of harmonious living environment is the pursuit of the designers. Although residential landscape design has been paid unprecedented attention. But for the residential landscape built evaluation environment is not perfect, it is difficult to guide residential landscape towards a benign direction. Quality residential landscape needs at the design stage to fully express the designer’s inspiration, in the construction stage, fully embody the design intent not only, also need to pay enough energy to care for the occupants need for.In this study, based on the evaluation method of analysis-level scientific analysis method (AHP method) analysis and evaluation of5residential landscape quality in Fuzhou City, to identify problems, analyze problems, and puts forward some feasible suggestions on the basis of evaluation results, hope can guide the landscape construction of the residential area, perfect system and construction of residential landscape design and evaluation.This paper first defines the characteristics of the object of study and the basic concept, based on the analysis of the actual situation of Fuzhou city landscape of residential district; secondly, to build a residential landscape environment, residential plant landscape diversity and rich layers, residential water landscape aesthetics and ecological, landscape of residential district culture and regional characteristics, landscape space of residential district level richness and scale, Residential District Road Plaza humanized design, residential ecology, landscape material selection of the residential landscape sketch art and humanity8evaluation based on AHP evaluation model, the system of Fuzhou city the5area is calculated, analysis and score ranking, and proposed the Fuzhou city residential landscape quality improvement suggestions and strategies on the basis of evaluation, hope to continue to strengthen the construction of the plant landscape quality, optimize the space environment landscape visual image, focus on community residents psychological behavior, to create a more beautiful harmonious, livable, humanization and the ideal living space.
