Precast reinforced concrete superimposed slabs combined with merits ofcast-in-situ floor slab and precast floor slab, has the good team, and can short theconstruction period, save material. The main stress components of superimposed slabsare factory prefabrication, high mechanization degree, specialized technical skill, goodquality components. While the prefabricated components template can be duplicatedand save three material.Currently, the research of the composite structure is ainternational tendency. This paper compared flexural properties(deflection, bearingcapacity, failure mode) of three reinforced concrete slabs, a ordinary and towsuperimposed slabs with connection, under the static load destructive test ofmechanical properties,Discusses the formulas of stiffness of superimposed slabs shouldbe taken under the different stage of the load. The main work and achievements of thispaper are as follows:(1) Through the static load destructive test, comparing flexural properties andbearing capacity between a cast-in-situ slab and two superimposed slabs withconnection. Then the test data was used for drawing curves to compare and analyze.Thetest results show that using designed superimposed slabs with connections can meet therequirements of the bearing capacity and deformation, and they will not cracking andhas a high stiffness and strength.Meanwhile, through the constraint of the limiter bothincreased stiffness of section and controle cracks, which has an important role.forimproving the integrity of the superimposed slabs.(2) Using the finite element simulation software ANSYS,to test the three slabs instatic nonlinear simulation, and experimental results and the calculated results are ingood agreement, and finally proposals for superimposed slabs design were put forward.(3) Discusses the formulas of stiffness of superimposed slabs should be takenunder the different stage of the load.Superimposed slab approximately be in elasticstage before cracking, and then enter the elastic-plastic stage, finally stepped into thestage of damage. And proposed the superimposed slab under long-term load deflectioncalculation.
