As a new style floor slab composite slab by steel truss and concrete has already been widely used in engineering abroad. It welds longitudinal reinforcement with small steel bars which were formed by bending to form small trusses which can afford loads. These trusses combined with precast superimposed concrete slab, formed a structural system which can afford loads caused by wet concrete and construction loads during the construction period. In normal use, the steel trusses were distributed steel of slabs, they can afford service load. As the same of traditional superimposed slab, the new system not only have high construction speed, but also have good earthquake-resistance and high stiffness as newly poured concrete slab. It also has his own feature and advantages compared with traditional superimposed concrete slab. There is still no research about the performance of under various loads.First, the laboratory findings were introduced in this paper. This paper did four experiments on superimposed concrete slab with steel truss and two experiments on two newly poured concrete slab with steel truss, to get the results about the performance of different slab under various stages of loads and compared the different performance. It also put on trial about the performance under loads and the limit supporting capacity of the simplex superimposed concrete slab with steel truss which was own support and simple supported.After that, analyze the differences between the superimposed concrete slab with steel truss and normal member in bending. Associate with laboratory findings, based on ideal bilinear module, start of the constitutive of concrete and steel, under the assumption of flat cross-section, from the angle of concrete mechanics form stiffness equations, think of the contribution of lengthwise steel bar and precast concrete layer to stiffness of cross-section, take the effect of cracks into consideration, through theoretical derivation and simplified assumptions, present the short term stiffness formula of precast member, and compare the results of trial and the results of FEM. According to the requirement of controlling the deformation of the superimposed slab precast members during construction, combined with trial results and the results of FEM, using ANSYS, promote the scheme of locating poling.Based on the present outcomes about superimposed members, proceed researching on the stiffness and limit bearing capacity during application, discussed the method to calculate the stiffness and limit bearing capacity of during application. Finally, in summary of this paper, proposed the design and construction suggestions about superimposed concrete slab with steel truss during different periods.
