Study On The Post Occupancy Evaluation And Optimization Strategies Of Hefei Binhu Wetland Forest Park

Urban Wetland Park is a kind of parks that have ecological benefits and typical wetland features.It’s functions are ecological conservation、education、provided playing site and Leisure and tourism Site. Currently, the operations of many wetland parks in cities arenotoptimistic. Wetland parks are less good.the design and construction of the wetland is disorder. Mainly for imitation construction, operating situation is not optimistic, even worse the original intention of the individual who has established a national wetland park though for many years, but poor implementation process of the construction project. the overall state of the environment has not been effectively improve or even worse, loss of wetland Original image, contrary to the Wetland Park construction intention.This paper in order to use POE related theory as the foundation, and use Hefei Binhu wetland forest park as an example.Through the analysis of the landscape of the park system, infrastructure system, the design process, present situation and operation situation of park management. Article USES the way like questionnaire survey, interviews, observation and others to investigate Hefei Binhu wetland forest park, using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analysis the data. Though the finishing research to found the advantages and disadvantages in the space form and the diversity of design, space and the use of the crowd,lossof wetland spatial capacity, location and space ecological characteristics,etc. then discuss the space system of Hefei Binhu wetland forest park; From two aspects:tourists experience and the natural ecology of running state of the park to summarized.According to the above several aspects, put forward the corresponding optimization suggestions including park management, environment system optimization, shape place spirit, public facilities, recreation activities, community participation and so on. Suggestions aimed to solve the user in use process of conflict and contradiction with park environment, for optimal design of Hefei Binhu wetland forest park and park management to provide the reference. In addition, through the forest park of Hefei Binhu wetland, the specific case study, analysis of the planning and design experience for future similar cases.
