Research On The Ethernet Virtual Ultrasonic Flaw Detector

Ethernet virtual ultrasonic flaw detector is the equipment which sends and receivesultrasonic signal via transmit-receive ultrasonic transducer. Firstly, get the useful datathrough handle the returned ultrasonic data, secondly, send the useful information to thecomputer through a Ethernet which has high speed, thirdly, the computer will show theultrasonic flow result on the screen by the simple style. Finally, get the purpose to find theflaw information of different material and different flaw depth.This thesis mainly introduces the primary theoretical foundation of each part, includesthe theoretical foundation of non-destructive testing technology and the theoreticalfoundation of ultrasonic transducer, in this design, we use four kind of ultrasonic transducerto adapted to different situation, their center frequency are1M,2M,5M and10M, and eachof them has their own filter circuit. This thesis has expounded how to get the expected drivesignal of the ultrasonic high voltage negative pulse circuit in detail. Finally the out signal ofit meets the need of this design. And for the received ultrasonic signal circuit, this show thetheoretical foundation and the principle of received circuit, and the function of each partcircuit, and the process of the signal transfer. The received ultrasonic signal circuit includesamplitude limiting circuit, amplification and attenuation circuit, filter circuit, A/D circuit,FIFO, data compression circuit and power supply circuit. The content includes thetheoretical foundation and the result of software analysis of each circuit. For the new highspeed data transfer part, at initial stage, it has two kind of design scheme, the part choices touse W5200after analysis the result of each design scheme, this scheme uses microprocessoras the controller to control the better work of W5200, finally it proves the speed of the circuitcan meet the demand.Both of the software and hardware of Ethernet virtual ultrasonic flaw detector passedvalidation, it can output the expected signal of ultrasonic negative pulse and ultrasonic echo signal, and the computer can make it easy to show the result, it provides some referencevalue to this territory.
