Common enclosure busbar is widely used in Electric fields below4000A. Because ofits more compact structure, assembly quick, good corrosion resistance, easymaintenance, in recent years, people gradually apply it over electricity transmission5000A.With the upgrading of current, total box enclosed bus short circuit current, power,temperature are improved, which put forward higher requirements for common enclosurebusbar’s design.For the common enclosure busbar, its conductor spacing is small, resulting in theeffect of eddy current density is very obvious. And because common enclosure busbar isusually rectangular conductor, Its own current density distribution is not regular, Therefore,the current distribution in total box enclosed bus conductor is very uneven. The analysis ofthe electric power and the rise of common enclosure busbar are all needed to understandthe current density to calculate the correlation analysis. So until now, there isno Calculation and analysis method for the problem of common enclosure busbarIn this paper, research object is the double conductor common enclosure busbarwhitch has Complex structure. Based on finite element method, by using ANSYS software,we get the electromagnetic fields, structural field, thermal field and flow field of the typeof busbar. The conductor current density affected by eddy current effects can be get by theelectromagnetic field analysis. Then the Joule heat was loaded into the fluid-thermal fieldanalysis as heat generation load by indirect coupling to calculated Multi-Physics field ofthe busbar, which is closer to the actual situation.Through analysis of the results of the field structure, we get the electric powerfeatures and the distribution of electric power on the conductor of common enclosurebusbar. Then conducted dynamic stability check of the common enclosure busbar,by theresult of electric power analysis. Get the temperature distribution from the result of coupled analysis of thermal and flow field. By associated post-processing operation,getting the proportion of convection and radiation heat dissipation, and based on this,made relevant comments of the busbar’s optimal design.The results obtained in this paper has a very common reference value to the analysisof the common enclosure busbar, it can be used as a basis for future research and design...
