| The city is a place that human highly gather. There has much attention has been paid to the research of city, and has a variety philosophy of city planning. Along with the requirements of The Times, there is a widely range of research and practice of eco-city at home and abroad. However, there are double problems in the planning and construction of eco-city. Firstly, the framework of traditional urban planning system is still been used in the eco-city planning, building a more suitable planning framework for eco-city is needed. Secondly, various planning and construction methods of eco-city are not systematically. The paper focuses on the two aspects,with the aid of following methods:literature retrieval, inductive and deductive and so on.The paper is divided into four parts and consists six chapters. The first part is the introduction which as the foundation of the paper. This part analyses the research background and significance, reviews the research progress of eco-city planning and construction. The second part includes three chapters, is the mainly part of the paper. This part analyses the connotation related planning theories of eco-city planning, studies the technical method of eco-city planning, builds the eco-city construction technology system which includes the green transportation, water resource utilization, eco-energy and green building. The third part take the DunHuang as study case,and build the development strategy of oasis eco-city. The fourth part sums up the conclusion and defects of the paper,and points out the further research work.This paper carding the concept and connotation of eco-city, and pinpoint the targets of eco-city construction. The content system of eco-city planning has been built. This paper also summarized the technology system and index system of eco-city planning and construction.The study will have a certain reference to the planning and construction of eco-city in China. |
