In recent years, the shortage of oil resources and the construction of a resource-conserving, environment-friendly society in the background. Asphalt recycled mixture are more and more high proportion of paved roads. Regeneration compared with hot and cold regeneration with old material utilization rate is high, low environmental damage, etc. SOILFIX water-based polymer compared to the traditional emulsifying asphalt, foam asphalt, cement and other cold regeneration binder has its own characteristics. And through the analysis of experimental results, this article SOILFIX binder with old asphalt material also have very good bonding effect, can be used as a new kind of cold recycled mixture binder were studied.This article first to SOILFIX bond with new materials, old aggregate performance made a contrast, prove SOILFIX bond with new materials, old aggregate has good bonding effect. Thus for SOILFIX cold recycled mixture proportion design, in reference to the technical specifications for highway asphalt pavement recycling of JTG F41-2008appendix D emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture ratio design method, combined with the characteristics SOILFIX recommend appropriate, curing temperature, curing time design index. Then respectively for80%,60%,40%,20%, the old material blending of cold recycled mixture mixing ratio design, on the performance evaluation of the road. In water stable performance when considering adding a small amount of cement in the mixture, in the case of little influence on other, SOILFIX cold recycled mixture water stability is improved. To put forward two SOILFIX cold recycled mixture pavement structure scheme, SOILFIX by inverse calculation of cold recycled mixture layer and PuNa high-speed recommended thickness of pavement structure, economic benefit comparison analysis. Finally put forward by indoor experiment SOILFIX cold recycled mixture in the construction of the three control points in the process of construction.Through the above research content shows SOILFIX with new and old material has good bonding effect, while SOILFIX cold recycled mixture has good road performance, after adding a small amount of cement, water stable performance can meet the requirements. To recommend SOILFIX cold recycled mixture structure layer thickness design, compared with high-speed PuNa recommended structure, under the high old material blending has certain economic benefits, can be used as cold regeneration of pavement structure in our country an optimized choice.
