Housing Design Under The Guidance Of The Ecological Concept

Thesis research purposes is the housing design under the guidance of the ecological concept,to the concept of sustainable development and eco-philosophy as a theoretical basis,rooted in the reality of China’s eco-city construction and development, by studying the concept of ecological design theory and practical examples to analyze and participate engineering practice, trying to sum up the specific characteristics under the guidance of the concept of ecological house and raise problems in the construction of eco-city residential design solutions, and as a basis for the proposed eco-city construction in residential design of future prospects.This paper mainly through four chapters analyze on housing design under the guidance of the ecological concept. The first chapter of this study is to clear the background, meaning and purpose, and a brief description of the content and methods of the study. Delimit the scope of the study and the specific meaning of the concept. Also proposed several major issues currently under the concept of ecological housing design guidance may be met in order to determine the following research directions and goals. The second chapter is the analysis of the concept of ecological house under the guidance of the specific features and design principles. Analyzed by the macro to the micro, the last six preliminary summary of the design principles. The third chapter is the author personally involved in an actual project case studies, through a combination of theoretical analysis and summary, in order to make a preliminary attempt to practice in front of the design principles. The fourth chapter is under the guidance of the concept of the ecological characteristics of residential design and application summary instance, raised under the guidance of the concept of ecological housing design response to it. From the surrounding environment to the interior space layout; forms from the facade to the technology as much as possible to seek a comprehensive eco-city to study the concept of eco-design strategy, try to put a nine-level design strategy. Finally, the author made a conclusion of this study describes and prospects for future work.
