Study On The Urban Construction Of "Human Water Harmony" From The Perspective Of Ecological Philosophy

Jingzhou city urban construction, "people and water in harmony" is the construction of Jingzhou city in 2007 to establish strategy, its purpose is relying on the good economic development of water resources and water environment. After nearly nine years of efforts, the Jingzhou city water environment improvement, relying on water culture development of the economy, but water pollution and other issues still restrict the development of Jingzhou city. Therefore, how to solve the contradiction between economic and social development and water environment destroy, became the urgent problems facing the Jingzhou city development.Party General Secretary Xi Jinping eighteenth session of the Fifth Plenary Session of the "innovation, coordination, green, open, sharing" Five development of new ideas. In today’s world, the biggest contradiction is the limited resources to the development and the contradiction between the excessive demand. How to reasonably development and utilization of resources, especially the advantage resources is the core issue of social and economic rapid development, the economy of Jingzhou is no exception. In the country dedicated to the construction of ecological civilization and build a harmonious society, the ecological philosophy provides a good theoretical guidance for us.
