Songshan reservoir is located in the southwest of Linqu County, about25kilometers, the upstream River tributary of the rock river. Songshan reservoir is a flood control and irrigation, comprehensive utilization of both breeding and generation of medium-sized reservoir, control drainage area151square kilometers. Songshan reservoir body engineering was founded in1966October,1970January completion of water. According to the reservoir design flood, the flood level290.03meters; three hundred year flood check, the highest flood water level290.98meters, the maximum discharge capacity of1532m3/s. The total capacity of56280000cubic meters; storage capacity of40530000cubic meters of dead storage capacity of5330000cubic meters. Total reservoir drainage area of36.4square kilometers, the total capacity of2220000cubic meters. This basin is no national basic rainfall stations, hydrological station.Reservoir flood protection downstream of Linqu, Qingzhou, Shouguang City and320,000people’s safety of life and property, but also to protect the40kilometers downstream of the Jiaoji railway, Jinan Qingdao highway and other important traffic arteries, and hundreds of large and medium-sized enterprises, more than20acres of farmland in reservoir flood control safety, the geography position is very important.Through collecting data, field investigation, theory analysis, practice methods for hydrologic calculation, the Songshan reservoir reinforcement project; especially carried on the comparative analysis of dam for Songshan reservoir reinforcement scheme of project, so as to get the optimal solution.The implementation of reinforcement project of the reservoir, not only greatly increased the reservoir economic benefits, but also enhance the reservoir flood regulation capacity, reduce flood disasters caused by floods on the downstream. In this paper, through the Songshan reservoir reinforcement project design experience, hope to provide some reference value for the design of similar projects.
