| Nowadays, building energy conservation, as an important component, has been included in the sustainable development strategy of our country. Energy consumption of the heating system is one of the most important parts of building energy consumption. An advanced heat metering mode can help to promote the building energy conservation. But the existing modes have common problems like unfair billing, non-automatic adjustment and high failure rate of equipment operation. These problems hinder the process of building energy conservation’s promotion.Given problems of the above, this paper analyzes the deficiencies of current metering model, researches and develops a set of wireless heating metering devices based on allocation. The devices can meter and allocate the user’s heat fairly, accurately and reliably. Wireless communication makes it more convenient for users to control indoor temperature. Optimization of room temperature control strategy can obviously improve the temperature control effect. The metering mode based on on-off time and area method can improve participation of building energy conservation. The main content of this paper includes hardware and software design of heating metering devices, analysis of the allocation algorithm and data and reliability and optimization design of the system. The devices can be normally used in heating metering system.Firstly, this paper introduces hardware design of heating metering devices. The devices consist of room temperature controller, on-off controller and collector. This chapter mainly introduces hardware design of the first two.Hardware includes MCU core module, power supply module, wireless communication module, bus communication module, LCD/LED display module, motor driver module, key module and temperature detecting module. Factors such as chip selection, circuit design and PCB board design should be carefully considered. Also, the hardware must be fully tested so as to provide reliable basis for temperature control and metering.Secondly, this paper introduces software design of heating metering devices. This chapter’s content includes hierarchical structure of software design, bare machine programming based on finite state machine, management system of device module, communication protocol, program flow chart and state transition graph of the application program.Thirdly, this paper introduces allocation algorithm based on on-off time area method. The specific content includes theoretical basis and calculation method, analysis and comparison of the calculation error of abnormal situation, assessment of metering accuracy effect caused by allocation cycle, comparison of heat allocation among users from different positions, analysis of user’s heating condition and heat allocation. Finally, this paper introduces reliability and optimization design of system and modules. Reliability design includes stable operation of devices, stability of data communication and safety of data storage. Optimization design is mainly for control strategy of room temperature controller and regulation of pipe network’s operation condition. The performance of the system is improved by reliability and optimization design, making the temperature control and measurement process more practical, accurate, and reliable. The wireless heating metering device based on allocation, designed by this paper, is in accordance with the requirement of energy-saving in heating system. The device makes it possible for user to control the indoor temperature, provides accurate and reliable heat data for the heating department, reduces the cost of installation and maintenance and gives consideration to different parties’interests. All in all, the device has a broad market prospect. |
