Metering automation system is an important part of the smart grid,and micropower wireless communication is one of the common communication methods for metering automation system.Micro-power wireless communication has the advantages of simple engineering installation,fast communication speed and easy maintenance.In the harsh working conditions(mountain,basement,etc.),the quality of micro-power wireless communication is very unstable,and the measurement automation terminal frequently has problems of low acquisition rate and high drop rate.Therefore,the development of micro-power wireless communication detection devices used in the field of metering automation system is of great significance for solving the above problems.This paper designs a metering automation field micro power wireless communication detection device based on the Android operating system.The main contents include the following:Firstly,components,technical characteristics and micro-power wireless communication technology principles of the measurement automation system are introduced.The research status of micro-power wireless communication detection methods at home and abroad is reviewed.The requirements analysis of micro-power wireless communication detection is carried out from three aspects: detection function,detection basis and detection environment,and the overall design of micro-power wireless communication detection device is completed.Secondly,the hardware design of the metering automation field micro-power wireless communication detection device was completed.The Tiny4412 board is the control center,and the hardware design of the data processing platform and humancomputer interaction module is completed.The ADF7020-1 chip is used as the RF signal receiving device,and the frequency synthesis circuit and RF receiving circuit are designed.The hardware design of the communication message acquisition module is completed.Thirdly,the software design of the metering automation field micro power wireless communication detection device is completed.According to the requirements of micro-power wireless communication technology of metering automation system,a micro-power wireless communication message parsing tool based on the Java language was developed.The measurement automation automatic field communication detection app based on Android operating system was designed.Software design for detecting functions such as communication network status and communication indicators evaluation has been completed.Fourth,build a metrology automated on-site micro-power wireless communication test environment,and test and analyze the communication detection device according to relevant technical requirements.The power consumption and RF receiving sensitivity test analysis of the communication message collection module is completed,and the testing and analysis of the four functions of the detection device network state detection,networking process detection,protocol analysis detection and communication indicators evaluation are completed.The test results show that the detection device designed in this paper can realize the detection functions such as network status,networking process,message parsing and communication evaluation indicators,which are of great significance for the improvement of measurement automation success rate.
