| This paper designed an intelligent control system about electric bicycle which candrive high-current motor and satisfy user’s demand of acceleration about motor speed. Thesystem can satisfy the demand in high driving current of the present motor driver, and italso can satisfy user’s demand to change the curve of motor acceleration to reach the goalof flexibility and applicability.The paper firstly introduced the background and significance of research about thisintelligent control system about electric bicycle, and it also introduced the developmentsituation about intelligent control system about electric bicycle at home and abroad. Thenthe paper leaded to the target and functions of this intelligent control system according tocombining with the requirements in terms of performance and controlling of the presentmotor control system. Specifically speaking, this intelligent control system was able to notonly drive high-current motor, but also achieve all kinds of controlling strategies aboutmotor speed regulation. According to the demands, the system included hardware designand software design. Hardware design was based on PIC microcontroller coordinated withperiphery functional circuits. According to the character of different function, I designedrelative circuits to satisfy the demand. Software design included parameter configurationinterface and microcontroller program design. Parameter configuration interface was toconfigure parameters of operation for users. Users can flexibly configure parameters tomeet their demands, for example, Users can configure the time of motor speed regulationto achieve different strategy of motor controllability. It will be of great help for differentusers to change parameters and satisfy themselves. Microcontroller program design was tocontrol and manage the whole system. Specifically speaking, it can achieve AD sampling,serial communication, the generation of PWM signal and safety detection and so on. It wasto not only achieve the goal that motor can work timely and safely according to signalprocessing, but also allow users to drive and control motor flexibly and changefully.The system achieved the goal of hardware design and software design of the wholesystem, including parameter configuration interface to configure parameters and serialcommunication to send and receive parameters. Besides this, I designed the PCB board ofintelligent control system and tested its functions in electric bicycle, and the testdemonstrated that the system had good driving ability and good controllability and so on. |
