Because the brushed DC motor has good starting and braking performance,large-scale smooth speed control,rapid forward and reverse rotation and other advantages,it has been widely used in the industrial and agricultural fields.With the continuous development of communication and computer technology,the networked motion control system is also continuously progressing and applied in many fields.At the same time,in order to get rid of the complicated interface cabling and regional restrictions,the Wi-Fi network will be introduced into the traditional "point-to-point" type of DC motor speed control system,which simplifies the network interface and wiring,enhances the network expansion,and is affected by the regional space.Smaller,but it will also make the network-based speed control system features become more complex,system analysis and design becomes more difficult.This paper develops a Wi-Fi-based brushed DC motor networked speed control experimental platform,which provides a good physical platform for simulation,debugging,and verification for engineering applications,and appropriately reduces risks and unnecessary costs;at the same time,this paper also studies Based on PID control law motor speed regulation algorithm.Therefore,the work of this paper has a certain theoretical significance and practical application value.The specific work of this article is as follows:First,the hardware related to the DC motor network speed control platform is introduced.The brushless DC motor,USB wireless network card,motor drive circuit and motor speed module are discussed in detail.The structure and working principle of the four underlying hardware are analyzed.The core controller of the platform,the ARM11 development board,is introduced in detail.It explains all the modules involved in the board,the working principle of the corresponding modules and the circuit schematic diagram of each module.Secondly,we detailedly discuss the process of clipping and migration of U-boot,kernel and file system in embedded Linux operation system.And the software design related to the DC motor network speed control platform is introduced in detail,which are the design of network communication program based on the combination of the TCP/IP socket and the pipeline media Popen,the design of the device driver related to the underlying hardware of the DC motor network speed control platform,and a large number of test procedures.Finally,a network tracking control algorithm based on PID control law is designed.First,the network induced delay and data packet loss on the two circuits of the network tracking control system,the controller to the actuator and the sampler to the controller,are considered,and the existence conditions of the controller are derived.Then,the controller gain K value is derived by using the linear matrix inequality LMI.Finally,this paper is presented in this paper.Based on the TrueTime simulation software,the experimental simulation of network induced delay and data packet loss is carried out on the DC motor network speed control platform.By comparing with other control methods,the correctness and feasibility of the network tracking control algorithm based on the PID control law is determined.
