Through the effects of permeatration、filling、coMPaction and cleavage on thesoil around piles, the technology post-grouting of bored files make the grout and soilconsolidated with sufficient contact, and then improve the characters of soil aroundpiles. Thus it effectively solves the adverse effects of sediment under bored piles andmudcake around bored piles, improves the bearing capacity and reduces thesettlement of bored files. Now, the technology post-grouting of bored files has beenone of the most commenly used means of pile fundationg treatmen.Based on the analysis on the grouting theory of post-grouting of bored files inthis paper, grout diffusion in soil under bored piles is studied and the computationalformulas of grout diffusion are deduced. And the mechanism of grout and soil aroundthe pile were analyzed, summarized as mechanical and chemical mechanism of actionmechanism. Numerical simulation of the principle of infiltration is also analyzed andon the basis of this, penetration of cement grout in pores of coarse sand weresimulated and analyzed by numerical simulation. In the numerical simulation, soilunder bored piles is reasonable simplified, and cement grout is assumed only flows inthe pore of coarse sand without changing its soil skeleton. And then, flow of cementgrout in the coarse sand under pile and changes of pore pressure are analyzed whenusing double-barreled approach grouting. Taking into account the important role ofgrouting parameters to numerical simulation, the effects of grouting pressure、water-cement ratio of grout、permeability of soil duner bored piles and grouting pipelayout on sand penetration range are also studied by changing the parameters.In this article,the flow of cement groout in the coars sand and the changs of porepressures are show by the numerical simulation, and providing a goog basis for thedesign and construction of post-grouting of bored piles.
