In this paper, we experimental studied on the diffusion mechanism of permeation grouting.Two aspects were mainly included, On the one hand, we summarized the achievements of people and developed a grouting simulation system Independent.On the other hand,we used this grouting simulation system to simulate the diffusion process of the different water cement ratio of cement slurry in the sand layer,and get the relationship between the grouting diffusion radius, the grouting parameters and the pressure dissipation.The grouting simulation system includes the test subject system, grouting system, sensor system and measurement system.We chosed uniform design as the test plan. The main strategy was to ensure that grouting simulation test was completed accurately, conveniently and economically.We used the grouting simulation system to simulate grouting for many times.And we got a series of laws by analysising experimental data:(1) We determined the regression relationship between grouting diffusion radius, grouting pressure, the permeability coefficient and the water cement ratio. In the three kinds of factors affecting the diffusion radius, grouting pressure effect on the diffusion radius largest, the influence of the coefficient of permeability secondly and slurry water cement ratio thirdly.(2) We got the grouting diffusion radius are smaller than theoretical derivation of the diffusion radius.(3)In the process of the spread of the slurry, grouting pressure is not dissipation uniformly.It is attenuation fast near the grouting hole. Grouting pressure decay gradually slow down as the distance of grouting hole position Until the grouting pressure dissipation to zero.
