This paper using the finite element software AN SYS Workbench structure a simplified modeling of van power supply vehicle for an enterprise, after the statics and dynamics analysis, test car skeleton structure and properties. Structure optimization design of the next compartment skeleton can refer to the theoretical basis.Analysis of the static mechanical properties of the body structure, combined with the power cars usually used to simulate the four conditions:static bending conditions (uniform linear motion), static tensional conditions (by twisting road), emergency braking conditions and emergency turning conditions. Through the four conditions compartment skeleton stress and deformation analysis, you can understand the strengthen and stiffness of the body structure, to detect the weak links, strengthen targeted. Also found the surplus part that can be lightweight.The body structure subject to external incentives, in order to avoid resonance and noise, to try to make the natural frequency of the car body structure to avoid external excitation frequency. By calculating the body structure prestressed modal analysis, there are the sixth-order natural frequency and mode shapes.Harmonic response analysis based nodal analysis, in order to test the response of the body structure under sinusoidal loads.Power car with more complex road conditions, uneven road will generate random vibration, the body structure has long been the impact of this random loading, fatigue damage will occur. Selected concrete pavement and gravel road two conditions on the body structure of random vibration analysis, calculate random vibration stress and deformation. In contrast, we found that the vehicle in the gravel road is more random vibration.In order to achieve the optimal design of the compartment structure, we chose to use a different size parameters square steel tube. After static analysis and modal analysis, the car skeleton is still meet the requirements of the conclusion.The research shows the finite element method can provide a reliable basis for the theory and methods.
