Inner land container multimodal transportation is the key process to connect container multimodal transportation and internal land. Between cities and cities, to study the goods current allocation of internal land container multimodal transportation will contribute to cut down on time and cost and could make great contribution to make the reasonable flow of goods and social comprehensive economic benefits. To fight for more square of area, more resource, the ports have spent huge human power which cause various resource wasting and irregular competitions. Recently, the competition between ports and ports is becoming more and more serious as time developing. As game theory being familiar to us, the study of game is increasing, especially for the study of cooperative game. Even some developed nations are trying to apply game theory in economy field. So applying game theory on the distribution of container multimodal transport goods is of great practical significance. For the competition of goods between ports, this paper expounds the port hinterland’s influence on the competition between ports. From the angle of the multiple gaming, the analysis shows the possibility of taking appropriate cooperation between ports. By comparing the three cooperative game methods of goods distribution, Shapley value, the core and nucleoli, verifying the superiority of Shapley value for goods distribution. On this basis, from the qualitative angle, this paper analyses the ports’ ability to attract hinterland goods. Based on the influence of various factors on the appeal, the method of goods distribution between ports is proposed. In the Shapley value, considering the influence of goods distribution factors under the cooperative game between ports, introducing four key factors, the input factor, contribution factor, status factor and risk factor, determining the weight of the four key factors, correcting the coefficient of goods distribution, improving the Shapley value. Combined with the improved Shapley value method, considering each node operation ability and capacity constraints of each mode of transportation, building the goods distribution optimization model of the target of minimizing the total cost of the transport process. Validation and analysis by an example, each mode of transport of cargo flow and its share in the total cargo traffic is obtained. Numerical example results show the rationality of improved Shapley value method being used to the of the distribution of goods between ports, and providing decision-making reference for the goods distribution of container multimodal transport.
