As a mode of transport petroleum products, refined oil tanker is a modern shipping system which appeared earlier, and is a ship system of the most actively developed and of greatest potential. Refined oil tankers require sophisticated temperature control system, liquid cargo handling system and a special coating, these special requirements needs powerful design and manufacturing technology and rich experience, therefore refined oil tanker is more difficult to manufacture and with higher value-added. Technical difficulties of making refined oil tanker costs more in construction, in addition, the life of refined oil tankers is shorter compared with other types of vessels, usually only10to15years, so shipowners strongly urge to extend the life of the refined oil tankers. So in order to guarantee the life of the ship, reasonable management and maintenance is needed.Maintenance and management of turbine equipment is of great concern for all ship managing companies and maintenance departments. Many examples abroad show that the current maintenance system needs to be improved. At present, we only repair turbine equipment when problems occures. and the repairing techniques are not advanced enough. This is not helpful in making full use of the resources and enhancing the skills and qualities of the crew.Maintenance of turbine equipment needs to be predictive to reduce accidents. It is crucial to establish periodical maintenance intervals in predictive maintenance. A reasonable turbine equipment maintenance cycle will not only allow the ship to maintain good working condition, to ensure safe navigation, it will also reduce maintenance costs and improve the economy of ship operations. Therefore if in order to improve marine equipment management system, we must find a reasonable maintenance cvcle.By analyzing the characteristics of the current repair methods and maintenance systems, and using Monte-Carlo simulation framework for the systematic study of ship maintenance cycle of turbine equipment, this thesis proposes three kinds of prevention cycle systems, namely, maintenance cycle prediction model based on the degree of deterioration; most reasonable equipment preventive maintenance cycle based on the degree of effective; and preventive maintenance cycle of the equipment based on reasonable minimum maintenance costs. Finally, a scientific and rational maintenance cycle is designed, thus the Simulation Framework analog computing is realized, and the various marine equipment maintenance scientific theory is derived, which provides more accurate reference values bfore refined oil tankers turbine repair and maintenance work.
