In the last ten years, according to the scale development of China’s roads, especially the development of the highway has made substantial progress. Road traffic identification marking has become a major part of the road traffic safety and security, and it is the most direct and effective guidelines for vehicles traveling on the road specification. Hot melt road marking paint with quick-drying, abrasion, reflective, and good confirmation has been applied in the domestic highway. This study builds on transportation equipment Co., Ltd. Shenyang modern production machinery thermal reactor cylinder on the internal heat transfer mechanism of thermal reactor fuel heating system deeply effective research.In the hot thermal reactor fuel devices, thermal reactor design has the following two important technologies, one is designed to melt kettle heating system, the othe is mixing system mixing blade design of the structure. This article focuses on the research of fuel thermal reactor heating efficiency heating systems, Studying on the mechanism of the internal heat transfer and three different forms of thermal reactor fuel heating system. And after learning basic theoretical knowledge of heat transfer systems, This paper further study to calculate the heating time under thermal reactor fuel in the combustion chamber of the natural radiation of heat, exhaust and external environment of exile heat, thermal reactor in the constant heat flux case simple calculations and mixing blades forced on exile heat. On this basis, this further propose a new spiral heating flue thermal reactor system. Combined with theoretical calculation and simulation analysis of the flue thermal reactor design circling the new design provides an effective theoretical basis. By the principle of conservation/exhaust gas and thermal reactor passing the relationship of energy, we use distributed modeling thought, re-create the dynamic mathematical relationship between the change in the thermal reactor temperature and the heating power of the burner and the burner heating time type, as specified in the direction of the next field tests.In order to get the fuel thermal reactor under steady-state conditions the distribution of temperature field and further support the efficiency of providing reliable theoretical analysis, in this paper, it uses the heat balance calculations on the theoretical analysis of the actual situation, and the use of FLUENT software for traditional fuel thermal reactor simulation analysis. Simulation results show that it has had fuel thermal reactor temperature field distribution at steady state conditions under the condition of a constant current density heated.
