In nearly a decade, China’s fire protection industry has been developing rapidly, while the market demand of fire control products is growing. Fire control products play a very important role in our daily life in the national life, and it is also widely used in various fields. Compared with other gas automatic fire extinguishing products, aerosol fire extinguishing products research and development started late, but the aerosol fire extinguishing products rapidly rise in the market of gas extinguishing products because of its advantages of lightweight, non pressure storage installation, low cost and environmental pollution-free, and it plays an important role in the field of fire.The aerosol fire extinguishing device is toward to miniaturization direction, therefore the smaller and stronger in fire extinguishing performance aerosol fire extinguishing device has more advantages in its comprehensive performance. Through researched and analyzed aerosol extinguishing equipment products in the market, founded that the factory production equipments were larger, heavier, and have no any advantages comparing with other manufacturers of the same specification products. So it was very meaningful on this factory product structure optimization design research.It was a complex process for the structure optimization design of the fire extinguishing system.Not only to complete the optimization design about the appearance size, but also to complete the optimization design of its internal structure, including the potion device, cooling system and heat insulation device, so it can meet the requirements of the design of the product specification and the demand of the market. After the preliminary design had been schemed, relevant parts of plant were made a mechanics analysis and calculation, and it was concluded that the theoretical value, then verified that the program was correctly through the computer numerical simulation technology. It can avoid the blindness of making experiment to designers, thus greatly shortened the time of the product development design cycle, at the same time it can improve the reliability in the calculation results and safety.In this paper the device shell was simulated for the mechanics simulation analysis by using large-scale finite element software ANSYS, and got it under a certain load displacement about nephogram and mechanics. It can be observed visually the distribution and displacement variation of the device shell on the stress through the analysis of the computer simulation results, thus verified it satisfied the requirement of related materials strength.In addition, the design contents of this paper include respectively optimize the cooling system and the heat insulation measures of the device.Cooling system and heat insulation device design is reasonable or not directly related to the relevant temperature index of the extinguishing equipment can meet the requirements of national standard, serious and even causes secondary fire, resulting in unnecessary losses.Finally, the product had been designed was made a type test and got a related testing data results of the project. Then compared the national standard of data requirements, verified the design of the product was qualified and successful.
