Computer Interlocking Management In High-speed Rail Era

The main purpose of this paper is how to strengthen the management of computer interlocking in high-speed railway operation mode, and formulate the advanced, practical policies, to match with the high speed railway computer interlocking management, so as to ensure the normal operation of the computer interlocking system, ensure the safety of high-speed train, improve the efficiency of railway transportation.According to the characteristics of the subject, we use the research methods of comparative analysis, summary method, method of combining questionnaire and interviews. First of all, from the concept definition of computer interlocking management in High-speed Rail era, we analyzed the difference management between the ordinary trains and the high speed trains. The comparative study and operation mode of computer interlocking in Japan、 British high-speed train under the management and the present situation with our country, put forward the feasible management method suitable with china. Secondly, the ordinary speed interlock management only suitable with the current situation of our country, there are large extent can not meet the requirements of high-speed railway operation management, some problems such as the vulnerability management of interlocking test equipment; the drawbacks of selecting and appointment for interlocking test personnel; chaos management procedures and methods in interlock test, can not no longer enough meet the requirements of high-speed train technology under the influence. It cause the running time, or even cause interlock failure, and irreparable accidents. Through the analysis, we can come to conclusion of the importance of computer interlocking in the management of the entire electric overhaul. And the article elaborates the three aspects to strengthen the new computer interlocking management mode in high-speed Rail era. One is formulating the high speed railway computer interlocking equipment management method, two is the development of high speed railway computer interlocking personnel management method, and the three is the formulation of the way to test management interlocking computer interlocking stations in high speed railway; on the basis of the combination of theory and practice, we propose method and prevention management measures. Finally, verification and management method in XX station specific electrical overhaul project, also has obtained the anticipated effect.Interlocking management remains a priority among priorities of safety management work in China railway overhaul. Especially in the high-speed railway era, it more reflects the importance of interlocking management. Only better strengthening interlocking management to the high-speed train operation can bring the safety, punctuality and ensure stability.
