| Development is the eternal theme in today’s world. In recent years, with the speeding up of urbanization process, on the one hand, rapid economic growth bring unprecedented opportunities to the development of the city; on the other hand, the speeding up of urbanization process growth, brings huge impact to the function and structure of the traditional city, especially on the spatial layout and social function caused a series of problems:traffic crisis, environmental crisis, social crisis and the crisis of public space. To solve these problems, the concept of TOD appears to have become a powerful means to solve the problem of city in the new period, and used to guide the construction of city in many countries and cities. In recent years, urban planning and construction in our country are also obtained it to the metro and the planning and construction of city area. But the study specifically for the space of city life branch based on TOD model is less at home and abroad. In order to keep the TOD concept from the top-down throughout the planning and design process, in this paper, the space of city life branch based on TOD launched research and the discussion.First, this paper studied the related theory of TOD and the definition of the urban branch, putting forward the definition of the space of the urban branch based on TOD mode and studying with its types and characteristics; Then, by studing the solution methods to four big features of space of the urban branch and The selection of ideal model, combined studing the design elements to the space of the urban branch based on TOD mode and the emphasis and countermeasure of the space design, combined with foreign classic case analysis, we can provide basis for the building of ideal model in next chapter;Third, based on the results of ideal model,we can build ideal model pointing five types; Finally, by the analysis and recommendations of three representative urban life branch in Jinsha, Chengdu, to show application of specific theory and design methods in actual project. |
