Concrete pump is a dedicated vehicle, pumping mechanism and the jib will be integrated in the car chassis, the marinated evenly continuous concrete transported to the target height and distance, is the indispensable modern building construction machinery. However, our study on the design of concrete pump almost all on the technical and functional aspects, just only consider the function of the realization, almost did not consider the relevant operating comfortable and humanized, completely ignoring people’s feelings. The purpose of my study is to make concrete pump operators in the construction process reflects the subjectivity, comfortable and humanized.Firstly, by observed and analyzed for concrete pump, to understand the construction of concrete pump operators’behavior, and then conduct site visits research. Find unreasonable factors for the construction process, analyze these factors, list existing problems, collect and classify these factors, indicating the direction of design improvements. By contrast domestic and abroad concrete pumps, summed up the advantages and disadvantages, based on human factors to optimize the optimization. Analysis of operational processes of the operator, make the construction process more comfortable and safe. Finally, to solve the problems what have mentioned in the early thesis by design practice.
