The incremental launching method (ILM) in our country after years of development has been gradually mature. Compared with other construction methods, the incremental launching method pushing method has many advantages, especially in across the railway bridge construction, it is a quite competitive construction method.Combining with wide canal road feng double railway separated overpass construction pusher as the engineering background of construction, steel box girder of cross railway jacking construction simulation method of finite element software, Firstly the theoretical best design is getted in each link of the process of incremental launching construction; At the same time, the author also participated in a wide canal road separated overpass feng double railway jacking construction quality control and construction monitoring work. The paper mainly includes the following aspects:(1) First the several methods of cross railway bridge constructions are elaborated, The incremental launching method used in this project are analyzed in focus;(2) Use ANSYS and other professional software for numerical simulation analysis, according to the results of the construction simulation analysis of construction, the process optimization are realized, and the safety of each construction process is ensure.(3) Using strain gauge and other instruments to realize real-time monitoring in bridge jacking construction process, the author calculated the internal forces of the structure in the process of practical jacking construction through controlling real-time monitoring and analysis the monitoring data, providing protection for the security of steel box girder for pushing the construction.
