This dissertation is based on the background of construction of Ji’nanYellow River Third Bridge on Qindao-Yinchuan Expressway.The constructionprocess simulation and construction control of steel box girder bridgewith incremental launching method is studied.Differed from cantilevermethod,the most prominent characteristic of incremental launching forceand deformation of the structure are constantly changing during theconstruction.In addition,unstressed state control method was successfullyadopted to modulate the line shape of the steel box girder.This methodensured that the line shape and internal force condition of the steelbox girder.This method ensured that the line shape and internal forcecondition of the steel box girder were always be restrained in the rangeof design requirements during the construction stage as well as afterthe completion of incremental launching construction.First of all,introduced the development of the cable-stayedbridge,summarized the origin,development,constructioncharacteristics,and the application in steel box girder as well as theproblem of this application of incremental launching method.Thecontents,methods and influencing factors of control of bridge constructionwere expounded.The line shape and stress control were established as thecontents of the construction control during the incremental launchingconstruction stage of Ji’nan Yellow River Bridge on Qingdao-YinchuanExpressway,and give priority to line shape control,stress control is asupplement.Secondly,in order to successfully implement construction control,thispaper detailed the whole process and method of construction of Ji’nanYellow River Bridge on Qingdao-Yinchuan Expressway,and give priority toline shape control,stress control is a supplement. Finally,based on the structure analysis and sensitivity analysis ofparameters,the construction control was applied into the process ofincremental launching construction of Ji’nan Yellow River Bridge onQingdao-Yinchuan Expressway.The principle of construction control is thatthe non-stress condition of structure should consistent with the designcondition.By adjusting and controlling the line shape of the steel boxgirder as well as monitoring and testing the stress of the steel boxgirder,the successful implementation of construction control and thecarrying out of the incremental launching construction were ensured.
