In recent years, the high-speed railway in China has made a rapid development, High-speed Rail has become a business card of manufacturing industry in china in the world. At present, the rail weld rough grinding processing is completed by manual grinding polishing, efficiency is low, cost is high, the quality is instable, working environment is poor. The successful development of the NC rough grinding machine will completely change this situation, it is of great significance to study the NC rough grinding machine in improving manufacturing technology of China’s high-speed railway rail. This paper designs the overall scheme of the NC rough grinding machine, defines the structure and function of each part of the machine, Completes the mechanism of main mechanical structure of the NC rough grinding machine. Completes the circuit design of hydraulic control system of the NC rough grinding machine. After the related theory of hydraulic proportional valve control, uses the technology of hydraulic proportional valve to complete the design of hydraulic control circuit of the walking vehicle; completes the design of the hydraulic control loop of clamping mechanism; after discussing theory of synchronous control, the hydraulic synchronizing valve and balancing valve, the hydraulic control circuit of grinding head beam is completed, complets the calculation of the circuit parameters of the hydraulic control system of the NC rough grinding machine, and then selects hydraulic components and oil, completes integrated block and hydraulic oil tank design, computer simulation technology is carried on the simulation analysis of hydraulic control circuit of the walking vehicle and double pump oil circuit, grinding head beam hydraulic circuit of the NC rough grinding machine by using Amesim software, the conclusion is that can meet the requirements. The hook type shunt valve, FD balance valve and the overflow valve simulation model is designed, and their structure, function, performance has been studied in the simulation process.
