As China's railway speed increases and the development of high-speed railway, the track irregularity of the increasingly requires strictiy. Therefore, this "Analysis of Coupling Vibration of Vehicle-Track under the condition of the railway track irregularitie" has great theoretical value, at the same time, it can guide the speed and high-speed railway track irregularity with the maintenance.In this paper, TSDI of Technology research and development projects: "railway bridge, Track, Truck driving force coupled theoretical research and simulation process research and development," the major work as follows:1.The establishment of the irregularity (consider the specific type of irregularity as follows: identification shape irregularity, random irregularity (U.S.A track, Germany track, the Chinese track), etc.), the random irregularity, the irregularity of a series of discrete points,.for arbitrary time step,using linear interpolation can generate the actual state of the irregularity of specific value; irregularity of the cycle shoud be given the f unctions.2.Compare and analysis the triangular series, Secondary filter, Frequency series , Method of white noise and other random track irregularity of the simulation, and through specific examples to illustrate the advantages and disadvantages of different methods, and determine the Frequency series which is the best way.3. In this article a new vehicle-bridge model is constructed, this model is a dimensional and all-sided one including vehicleand the wheel-rail interaction,it accords with the actual system more since the elastic touchment of wheel-track is added in. on the basis of this model the vehicle's dynamic formula and track's finite elemental dynamic formula are set up, the vehicle's model has 15 DOFs and all wheels'DOFs have no relations with bridge's ones, which is different with the old model. Then, we set up the dynamic formula of the whole system adding in wheel-track force. Provided that track irregularity is an astationary ergodic Gaussian random process, a series of sample is simulated instead of the actual process and we must assure that it is long enough in time domain. Thus, we input the sample to the vehicle-track system and use the compiler computational procedure to obtain the result of dynamic response through the numerical integration method.4. To consider the grouping of vehicles, and simulation the vehicle in turn under the conditions of the dynamic response.
