As a common mechanical component, rolling bearing is widely used and plays important role in many aspects of industrial and national production. With the development of rolling bearing toward the high-speed and heavy direction, higher design and performance are required. Because of its poor working environment, fatigue wear, pitting and gluing of high-speed train rolling bearing are easy to happen, which lead to large impact on life. This thesis is aimed at deeper research on its contact strength and reliability by establishing parametric system of rolling bearing. In this thesis, associated geometries of rolling bearing are illustrated in detail based on the theory of rolling bearing design and combined with the given inner and outer diameter and width of bearing. And relevant parameters and parameter-driven relationship required by3d model design are determined and ACCESS database of deep groove ball bearing and cylindrical roller bearing are established. Parametric design system is established based on the UG NX6.0by using the secondary developed tool provided by UG/OPEN, Microsoft Visual C++6.0MFC and MFC ODBC database technology, and the parametric design system includes database system, life checking system and3D model generation system of rolling bearing, in order to complete relevant operation for rolling bearing database, calculation and checking for rolling bearing life and generation for rolling bearing model. Taking a high-speed train rolling bearing6008and a reducer rolling bearing BC2-0375as an example, contact stress in two kind of working condition is calculated based on the elastic contact theory of Hertz to get the contact stress solution between inner-outer raceway and rolling element. The solution between ANSYS stress and Hertz stress is compared and their values are close and the consistency is good.
