In shield tunneling construction, Shield launching and receiving process was the most prone to accidents in the construction of shield tunnel. In order to solve a series of problems in construction process of shield launching and receiving, It was necessary to study the selection of reinforcement methods and determine the range of reasonable end reinforcement.Taking for the cross-river slurry shield tunnel of Nantanhai small section of natural gas pipeline network in Guangdong Province as engineering background, this paper researched reinforcement range and security of launching and receiving section of shield tunnel by numerical simulation method. The main results are as follows:Reinforcement methods for ends of shield tunnel were compared.The results indicated that the best reinforcement method for Nantanhai shield tunnel was double tube rotating jet grouting method.And the construction technology of this reinforcement method was describedThe numerical simulation was conducted for launching and receiving section of Nantanhai shield tunnel. Stress field and displacement field in working well and reinforced area were analysised, which caused by excavation. The result indicated that both tunnel and working well met the security requirements, if excavation was conducted according to the design parameters.The numerical simulation was conducted for analysising reasonable reinforcement range of receiving section formation. The result indicated that13m in longitudinal direction and4m in transverse direction were reasonable reinforcement range. |
