Abstract/Summary:
With economic development, steel logistics industry gradually highlights its dominant position, modern steel logistics park construction in full swing, its size is also growing, while the environmental problems in the park become more and more serious, waste of resources and poor convergence phenomenon that caused by the unreasonable planning, make the steel logistics park not only can not effectively play the scale of the park, but also cause great environmental pollution. Therefore, to study on the overall layout of the steel logistics park has important practical significance.This paper analyzes the current status of the development of China’s steel logistics park, summed up its presence in the development planning issues, indicate the importance of the scientific and reasonable planning on the steel logistics, which combined with our current implementation of sustainable and low carbon development policies, and put forward the basic processes of steel logistics park overall layout planning. Then according to the economic situation and the logistics needs of the radiation park area, using core correlation method and gray prediction method to forecast the demand of steel logistics park, provide reliable data to support the park planning and design, and avoid the phenomenon of blind construction and waste of resources. Meanwhile, accurate positioning of the park, and to determine the size of the partition function, design rational logistics processes, minimize duplication and transfer operations to achieve efficient operation of the park. Then, analyze the characteristics of the steel logistics park, as well as internal and external traffic of the park, consider the railway line and the entrances as a virtual function, in conjunction with other functional areas to analyze the relationship, consider the fixed constraints of the railway line and entrances constraints, as well as the aspect ratio of each functional area constraint requirements, to establish layout optimization model with optimization goals that are minimizing the total cost of the internal material handling, and maximizing the comprehensive relationship between functional areas, and maximizing the area utilization rate, then use the genetic algorithm to obtain the layout scheme. Finally, adjust the scheme and form the final overall layout plan of the park.Through the rational plan of steel logistics park, fundamentally improve the traffic situation in the steel logistics park, reduce traffic congestion, reduce pollution, improve operational efficiency, to protect low-carbon and sustainable development of the park operations.
