| China high-speed railway which owns the largest scale and the fastest speed,has achieved success in the last ten years.Its operational mileage breaks through ten thousand kilometers.which is top of the world.With the development of high-speed railway.higher requirements for the quality of rail welding, notably welded joint smoothness were becoming focus.Continuous welded rail (CWR) is one of key technology in high-speed railway system.To ensure rail welded joint area smoothly,domestic factories use full-automatic rail precision grinding machine.However,there are some problems in the actual course of using,such as low efficiency,unstable detection performance,expensive and inconvenient maintenance.Therefore.there would be more practical significance to develop a rail precision grinding machine which can solve the above problems.This paper analyzes process characteristics of fine grinding and welded joint smoothness.At the same time,we do some researches about service condition of domestic and foreign rail precision grinding machine.and put forward following designs.On the one hand,the way of optimizing the mechanical structure and improving manufacturing precision is adopted to solve the related problem.On the other hand,SIEMENS S7-300PLC,driver module,servo motor and industrial personal computer are selected to control grind,feed and displacement.Based on the above project,designing the high efficiency grinding trajectory control algorithm,which could meet the criteria of TB/T1632.1-2005.and the way of localization by monitoring motor current in real time.Based on the aforementioned work,the PLC control program is compiled and debugged,which includes reset,automatic and manual procedures.etc.The result shows that, the designed control system achieves desired goal and can control each mechanism motion and probe location well. The above control algorithm can improve efficiency under conditions of GB railway standards. |
