The technology of rail welding plays a very important role in the engineering of laying continuous welded railway (CWR).The security of railways transportation is assured by the quality of rail welding joints.At present, the gas pressure welding vehicle used for rail welding in field,Has realized the function of welding and normalizing within it. But according to the provisions in track maintenance,need for completion of rail renewal、rail sawing、pulling rail and rail alignment、rail grinding、welding、normalizing、straightening、 polishing、testing and other operations in about three hours.Because the skylight time is short, many processes still rely on manual operation with small machines, the low work efficiency, large labor intensity,especially in the condition of high altitude and hypoxia,where the man-machine efficiency is poor and construction circumstances is difficult,there are big welding quality problems inevitably in the source of line lock welding,which become the bottleneck of replacement for existing track and locking welding engineering quality.Therefore, need to be on the foundation of gas pressure welding vehicle which has been applicated successfully for rail welding at high altitude regional,further study to improve the comprehensive operation system applied to the condition of lock welding,as soon as possible to realize aided mechanization, automation before and after welding.This paper has optimized the appearance design.upgraded the system and the data acquisition and management software, and enhanced the security of system and data based on the GPW-1200CNC gas pressure welding machine,Designed of a new type of rail welding vehicle used in the complex and difficult conditions, especially the line locked welding comprehensive operating system used on plateau railway based on the YHGQ-1200gas pressure welding vehicle, did experiment of locked welding with the gas pressure welding vehicle on Qinghai Tibet railway,instituted new construction organization plan used for welding on the line,analyzed the relationship between the welding process parameters and the quality of online and offline welding.Using the gas pressure welding vehicle to complete the replacement for existing track and online locked welding,to explore the construction method which is efficiency, safety and standardization.The results show that:the new design of welding machine has improved the shortcomings of the original equipment, and became more beautiful and reliable. According to the standard procedure to complete the work while online welding, take partition period, dial the bending tensile construction means, guarantee to complete the task of replacement for existing track and online locked welding once within the skylight time;special supporting pad is arranged below the vehicle during works,thus ensuring the construction safety;the appearance quality of locking welded joint with direct tension meets the standard requirements.
