Northeast ditch4#landslides and rock pile is located on the Chuanzhusi1st tunnel exit range of Chenglan railway, thus, the project is highly important with a large scale and an extremely complex topographic and geologic conditions, meanwhile, Wenchuan earthquake had a great impact on this area. Excavation, reinforcement retaining measures, tunnel excavation and other construction activities will move slopes in the stress field caused major adjustment, stimulating the revival of ancient landslides or slope deformation which will lead to cracking and weak parts of the sliding surface, thus leading to the formation of a new landslide.In this paper, the construction of workers laid-point monitoring system will monitor the long-term stability; therefore, as a guide and a significant basis for feedback design, construction monitoring results is an important part of the implementation of information construction. In order to understand the impact of construction disturbance caused by factors such as slope and to ensure safe construction and operation of the railway, monitoring includes monitoring of surface deformation, stress and strain monitoring of anti-slide pile, slope deep displacement monitoring, stress monitoring prestressed anchor, surface crack monitoring, and groundwater level monitoring.Based on surface displacement monitoring results, the paper analyzes the trends of the slope of the surface deformation. Adopted quasi-analytical method, the anti-slide pile pressure cell data fit the proposed analysis of thrust and slope stabilizing piles pressure on both sides of the pile subjected to various periods of comparison. Combined with reinforced stress meter changes, Analysis of Pile force, we will understand its working condition and stability of the slope. While using MIDAS/GTS finite element software for different conditions and the stability of the rock piles and landslides, we simulated using strength reduction calculated safety factor, the trend with the measured surface deformation trend will simulate contrast, evaluation of the effect of Landslide. Studies have shown that the use of more reliable monitoring program reflects the steady-state landslide, various control measures effectively suppress the deformation of the landslide, and landslide control effect is remarkable.
