| In recent years, the highway has witnessed rapid development, so the maintenanceand management of electromechanical equipments becomes more and more important. Inorder to ensure the normal operation of highway and to give full play to the role ofelectromechanical equipment performance, the research is done on the highwayelectromechanical facilities maintenance. Base on the research, the application of ComGIStechnology in the highway electromechanical maintenance and management is putforward.The system is based on the B/S structure, information system, geographicinformation system and the office automation technology, and it integrates them all intoone information system. As everyone knows the highway electromechanical system iscomplicated with numerous equipments, complex lines, widely layout locations. Based onthe above characteristics, the ComGIS technology is used which is based on the traditionalmanagement system. The techonology integrates the geographically dispersed equipmentaccording to the different equipment space location attribute description, through the mapcontrol, into a geographic information system. It allows the geographically differentequipment and different lines displaying in one geographical system.The system analyzes and determines the operability of the project thorugh the earlierfeasibility report based on the case of the highway electromechanical maintenance andmanagement system. It expands on the process of designing and developing geographicinformation system, its practice and reconstruction. Its purpose is using the generalstructure layout based on object oriented designing system to improve the reusability andmaintainability to construct various modules by COM components. And then it givesdetailed discussion on the system framework, database and ComGIS technology. Thesystem achieves initial success and receives good recognition in practice. |
