Household Electricity of energy conservation should begin from two aspects. Which are calledas activity and inactivity. The current traditional household electricity is managed by electric powercompany alone. Although civil active energy saving consciousness is enhanced by publicityeducation and improving the electricity price. The majority of users have no detailed analysis of thedata of household energy consumption, Therefore It exists major uncertainty and misunderstandingon the energy saving. Electricity can be divided into rigid demand and elastic demand. Householdwaste can further reduce by studying the two requirements.The essay first aims at electricity object such as temperature control system and lightingsystem and so on. It gave a solution to control temperature and lighting intensity intelligently. Thesolution adopts PMV and visual comfort level of evaluation index to regulate the temperatureoutput of air-condition and the brightness of lamp. Lighting control system based of visual comfortlevel regulates brightness according to the requirement of the diverse family activities of familymember. It contains luminance sampling and dimming module. On temperature regulation, Systembased on PMV evaluation index consider demic thermal sensation as final object, Comparestraditional method controls temperature directly. The paper does a survey on the phenomenon ofpower waste that often exist in life and analyses various internal reason. The author designedoptimized energy-saving system in three aspects means lighting、air conditioning system anddomestic appliance. Comparing multiple designing scheme. The author determined that on thelighting energy saving, He established mathematical model on the basis of Weber-Fechner law, Andtook advantage of the experimental data of survey existing to confirm the optimum temperaturerange of illuminance in various family activity. Which is regarded as the foundation of thealgorithm implementation? He gave hardware design scheme of relative control system andcompleted the integrated hardware and software debugging. After this, Directing at air-conditionercontrol system. It employed PMV evaluation index which is relative thorough as algorithmfoundation and simulate the six elements that effect thermal sensation by matlab. Then analyzed theinfluence, He gave hardware design scheme of temperature regulation system.Finally it used CS5463to design a electric energy measurement device. Sensors and devices inthe system used a distributed installation, It utilized ZigBee technology to transmit the data andcontrol command. And on the control center, The author made a simple application interface tomake test operation conveniently. The system used Embedded technology、 wireless sensor technology、 active and autoenergy-saving technology. It combined energy-saving arithmetic of air-condition regulation oftemperature and lighting control. Finally, It achieved a scheme to conserve energy intelligently, Thatprovides a helpful reference for the research in correlative region.
