Modern mine equipment has high automation level, which results a significant increase in the proportion of electricity. AC variable speed technology can reduce the electricity cost, saving energy and enhancing competition. So, mining inverter AC speed control system becomes an important research issue. This paper aim at the mining AC induction motor drive, based on space vector speed sensorless flux oriented control, speed control system for AC induction motor control strategy and implementation plan are analyzed and research. The main content are as follows:1. Based on the analysis of AC motor dynamic mathematical model, voltage space vector modulation (SVPWM), coordinate transformation, field orientation, the rotor flux observer, voltage decoupling and other vector control technology are analysed and researched, The rotor flux observer model based PR regulator is proposed for pure integral part of the static error generated.2. Adopt the control strategy based on the use of PR regulator voltage and current hybrid model rotor flux vector orientation and voltage decoupling, the simulation model of mine inverter vector control system is set up.3. The mining inverter main controller is designed using TMS320F28335chip, the control algorithm is programmed with C/C++language.4. Matlab simulation and experimental results show that the PR regulator based speed sensorless rotor flux observation method can reduce the static error of integral rotor electromotive force, which has good flux observation accuracy and speed improve flux distortion and operating characteristics, effectively improve the utilization of the grid voltage. The effectiveness of the proposed control method and strategy are also showed.
