This paper researches the speed sensor-less vector control variable-frequency speed regulating system based on TMS320F2812DSP. The numerical control of AC motor is analyzed and studied further on the platform designed in the paper. The correct results have certain reference and practical value for variable-frequency speed regulating and speed sensor-less vector control technology.According to the theory of speed sensor-less vector control system, a novel scheme of identifying the rotor speed based on MRAS (Model Reference Adaptive System) is proposed. The control system is established with field Oriented Control (FOC) algorithm, variable-frequency speed regulating and SVPWM (Space Voltage Pulse Width Modulation) technology.The paper introduced the theory of variable-frequency speed regulating and vector control technology in detail, gived the DSP algorithm of SPWM (Sine Pulse Width Modulation) implementation, built and simulated the model of speed sensor-less vector control system, implemented the SVPWM waves with two different methods, researched algorithm of the whole system and compiled related software programs, all the programs were debugged in CCS3.1 successfully.Main circuit of the control system was presented at last. The hardware of the controller was designed with TMS320F2812DSP of TI Company. The driving, sampling and protection circuits were also designed. The rusults show that the system has excellent static and dynamic performance.
