Considering that synchro-motion performance of four cylinders was influenced by flow allocation of one to more pipes, a nonlinear dynamics model of electro-hydraulic servo system with four cylinders was presented. Then a RSDA-PID synchro controller for electro-hydraulic servo system with four cylinders was provided with PID control, fuzzy control and RSDA (rough set data analysis) theory. This controller based on the "equivalent" synchro-motion control strategy, in each channel using its fuzzy-PID controller respectively, among four channels using fuzzy controller for synchronization error, the total fuzzy logic rules was self-learning optimized by RSDA with data driving. The simulation and factual applications show that the proposed control approach has better tracking and synchronization performance than that of conventional control strategy.This paper introduces the electro-hydraulic servo control system, related domestic and foreign development situation and trend about electro-hydraulic servo control, make a discussion and analysis about the relevant technologies, finally propose the electro-hydraulic servo RSDA-PID synchronous control strategy studied in this paper and introduce the working content and structure of paper.Then, this paper introduces the system composition and working principle of electro-hydraulic servo synchronous driving of the system in four cylinders system; introduce the mechanism composition and installation forms in synchronous driving system from the mechanical part; introduce the hydraulic principle of the electro-hydraulic servo system from the hydraulic part and make a calculation selection of important components; introduce the related information about electrical system realizing system functions, extended signal module and a displacement sensorAnalysis the model of proportional valve, characteristics of load flow, flow continuity and the piston rod dynamic in the proportional valve controlled cylinder system, then build the mathematical model. Establish the electro-hydraulic servo synchronous driving system mathematical model with four cylinders. Then, this paper introduces the PID control, fuzzy control and RSDA theory, and propose synchronous control strategy applied to the system with four cylinders, also make the computer simulation.Finally, this paper combined with the company project and environment, make a study on electro-hydraulic servo synchronous driving system with four cylinders, finally prove the validity of the synchronization control strategy through experimental results.
