With the improvement and development of science and technology, the demands on thepermance of the hydraulic servo system which are proposed by many people are higher andhigher, the performance of the hydraulic servo system mainly depends on the performance ofthe hydraulic servo valve. The traditional hydraulic servo valve generally uses torque motoror force motor as electrical and mechanical converter, so that the overall performance of thevalve such as control accuracy and response speed are subject to certain restrictions. In recentyears, with the appearance of some new materials, applying the new material to the researchof hydraulic servo valve is more and more.This paper has adopted a new type of electric(magnetic)–mechanical energyconversion material, giant magnetostrictive material. According to the characteristics of theGMA, designed the GMA and GMA hydraulic servo valve, and briefly expounds the factorsthat affect the normal work of the GMA. On the basis of the GMA structure characteristics,this paper proposed a designed GMA with thermal compensation mechanism, the mechod ismainly used to control the temperature of the GMM with phase change materials, set up thetheoretical analysis of the mathematical model of thermal compensation mechanism, and withthe classic ANSYS, thermal mechasim has carried on the simulation analysis, the resultshowed that the thermal compensation mechanism designed for the temperature control of theGMM has very significant effect.In order to increase the output displacement of the GMA, have devised a two-stagesymmetric flexible hinge displacement magnification mechanism, the amplificationmechanism is established by using INVENTOR, and then import it into the WORKBENCH,analyzed the characteristics of the amplification mechanism the results show that theamplification mechanism designed can satisfy the actual working demands of GMA hydraulicservo valve. Finally established the mathematical model of GMA and GMA hydraulic servovalve, the GMA hydraulic servo valve has been studied using MATLAB/Simulink, the resultsshow that the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic servo valve is superior to the traditionalhydraulic servo valve. |
